SECTION 1- THE NCCN RULES AND REGULATION.
The NCCN has adopted a rules and
regulation that applies to all members, including cadets and adult Officers /
Instructors. A member of the NCCN who
Breaches the rules and regulation may receive one or more punishments,
which are detailed in NCCN policy and range from formal counseling, to
warnings, to termination of enrolment.
If you want to enroll in, and stay in the NCCN you must agree to
comply with the rules and regulation.
The rules and regulation applies whenever you
are ‘on duty’, which includes:

A cadet officer must maintain peace…

A cadet officer must not smoke or drink
alcohol on/in uniform…
3.
A cadet officer must not go to illegal outing
or operation…
4.
A cadet officer must not be a gambler…
5.
A cadet officer must dress neatly…

A cadet officer must not impersonate…

A cadet officer must be disciplined and
respectful…
8.
A cadet officer must not date each other in
the same coy/base, under any condition…
9.
Attending an approved NCCN activity
(including attending activities of the Nigeria Naval Cadet, Nigeria Air Force
Cadet and Nigeria Defense Force)…

change from time to time. It is your responsibility to keep up-to-date with the
content of the rule and regulation by regularly checking/asking from your
commanding officer.
